RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at VibeByKiara. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jelly Clips. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 7 calendar days from the date you received your item.

Criteria for a valid return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, or original bank source). You will receive the credit within 15 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

3. SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your Jelly Clips arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us a photo of the damage and your order number to vibebykiara@skysellmedia.com so we can prioritize a replacement for you.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and your use of this store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.
